That is the reason he has been showing good leadership skills in field. One best quality of his leadership is that he keep the team united and give every one proper chance to perform. You may say in Afridi's captaincy Abdul Razzaq dose not get proper chance are so many player may not be utilized properly, But not in the case of Misbah-ul-Haq. He has ability to utilize the available resources effectively eve if they are not Mohammad Asif, Mohammad Amir even then they beaten World #1 England.
